Just wanted to email you and tell you thanks for this product. I am a schoolteacher and had decided to grow my hair out. I was growing it out from a cut that just came beneath my ears, and was an undercut at that. I went to a hairdresser in June to add layers because my hair was getting longer and I wanted more volume. She told me she would have to take "a little" off the length to even the layers out with the undercut I had had. She chopped it! It was maybe an inch or two below my ears! I was browsing online one day and came upon your website. I ordered the vitamins and started taking them in July. I have seen tremendous growth! My hair is now down about two inches past my shoulder! I LOVE THIS STUFF! I know how with working with the public, you usually hear more bad than good. So , I wanted to make sure I told you thank you!

I lost my hair to chemo and when it finally started growing back, I wanted it back now! Before chemo my hair grew, if I was lucky, a 1/2" a month. I tried the vitamins for one month. My nails grew fast and stronger. My hair grew quickly - an inch as opposed to 1/4 to 1/2 per month. And the texture improved. I took 4-6 pills of Step Two, I am re-ordering. And I am black female with relaxed hair. the product is awesome for hair and overall health.

This stuff really works! On July 1, I got my hair cornrow braided. This style usually looks good for about 7 weeks if I tie it up with a scarf at night. I've been on hairformula 37 the entire time. Today is the 23rd and it already looks like I've got an inch of new growth. I'll have to redo my hair in about another week!

When I first read about HF37 I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a try. I saw my hairdresser today, which proved that HF37 does work, and I want to share my story! I started using HF37 about 1 month ago. I frost my hair every 2-3 months or so for the past 10 years. Today I went to my hairdresser for a touch-up. I was so pleased with what he said to me that I had to write this comment. As I was leaving he told me that he could not believe how well my hair was holding up after so much bleach on top of bleach for so long. He said that when he washed the color from my hair today,he combed hardly any hair out. He said that I usually lose allot of hair after a frosting. He was also surprised with the growth he seen since my last trim ( only 1 month ago!!!). I told him I had 2 secrets 1 that I no longer blow dry my hair after every wash, and 2 was HF37, which I took from my purse top share with him. If my hairdresser of 10 years noticed a positive change in my hair, then HF37 obviously does the job!!!!

I want to let everyone know who feel some what skeptic about trying this product out. That you won't regret it! I was loosing my hair because of thinning. I had done some research on thinning hair and what the right formula of natural supplements can do to restore, so, when by searching through the internet I came across Hair formula and read their content I felt confident to try it. And let me tell you that my hair is no longer thinning. I have thicker hair and very healthy hair. I color my hair and I can also tell you that It is not bothered at all by the coloring. Try it! you wont regret it!!

I have to say this, My skin is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My nails are growing and they are so hard. I took my acrylic nails off this weekend and I am so excited because I had gotten my hair braided on April 1st and I started using the pills on April 6th, now usually my braids lasts 2 months, I am happy to report that I don't think the braids will last for another past the end of this month. My hair usually grows a inch a month, it has already grown an inch!!!!!

This is the best investment I have made for my hair. IN 2 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable, Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried everything to make my hair feel softer and more manageable since I use a lightener on my hair. In just a few weeks, I can not tell you how happy I was to be able to blow my hair dry and not use my curling iron to tame the frizzies. My hair is much healthier looking and also is controllable now. It has grown at least l inch this first month that I have used it. You are an angel in disguise. I have been looking for you for years. I had to cut my hair every month or so just to look like it is healthy.

I have been using HF37 for one month and a half and my husband has said how my hair has thickened, because I had a bald spot in the top of my head. Now I have hair that has thickened where now you can not see my scalp any more. I have been wearing wigs now for a little over two month because of the hair breakage I had suffered, but today 3/26/00 I wore my own short hair. I plan to reorder some more of this product next week, so that I can continue to grow hair because my hair now is a little over an inch long because I had to cut my hair down really short due to the breakage. I am going to take pictures of my hair and submit them at a later date. May I add for our African American women... It does work for us.

I started taking HF37 about a month ago. I take one step 1 and two step 2 pills twice a day. I try to do this as close to 12 hours apart as I can to keep the nutrients level in my system. I don't worry whether I take them on a full or empty stomach. Sometimes I eat, and sometimes I just take the pills.

I love my hair and nails so I am always trying things that claim to do wonders. Some do - some don't.

I would have to put HF37 in the "do" category. My nails were the first change I noticed. They are thicker, longer, and split less. The tips are a bright white and the bed is a nice pink. Looks like I have a French manicure without doing anything to them. I actually have all ten the same length. A great feat for me.

My hair is softer, curlier (I have a slight natural wave as it gets longer), and has grown about an inch. It just bounces more. My hair wasn't really a problem before but I have colored it in the past and I am growing it out now. I just want it to be in it's best shape since it isn't getting cut off.

My skin has also improved. They don't mention that in any of the advertisements but my chronic couple of pimples seems to have cleared as well.

All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone. It can't work for everyone but if you have problems with nails, hair or skin it is worth the price of one months supply to see what it can do for you.

I really sympathize with you. I've been there, and I know what it's like to have severe breakage suddenly. I went through the same thing about a year ago, and braids weren't an option for me. Anyway, I got impatient and I saw this article in Cosmopolitan Magazine about a model who had used a European product called Viviscal to grow here hair back quickly. Even though I'm an unrelenting skeptic about hair growth claims, I was desperate. It was released in the U.S. soon afterwards so I tried it, and it sped the growth up a little from 1/2 an inch to 3/4 per month. But eventually, a competitive product came out last year that I started taking. It has doubled by natural hair growth from 1/2 inch a month to 1 inch a month, and I wasn't even taking it religiously. It's similar to a prenatal vitamin, and it really improves growth and texture. You can also get viviscal at the same site.

THE 25TH I HAVE BEEN ON THE SYSTEM FOR 3 WEEKS. I CAN TELL A DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR. IT IS SHINY AND THE TEXTURE IS SO MUCH BETTER TOO. MY HAIR IS STARTING TO GROW TOO. ...Hair Formula 37 is better than any other vitamin I have ever tried. I have been taking every other kind of hair vitamin. At first I didn't see a difference with hair formula 37 but then I started taking 2 step one and 9 step two and my hair began growing faster within days. I learned that it was the step two that made the difference. I am almost out so I am going to get a step two bottle next time. My nails are growing too. My nails were short and kind of brittle. Now my pinky nail is almost curved over....

I am currently taking HF37 as well. Before I started taking it, I had about 1 1/2 inches of my hair trimmed. I noticed about a month and a half later that my hair had grown back and then some! I also now have stronger and longer nails.
I was against trying it for a while because I did not want to spend 40 dollars, but now I'm glad that I did.
