- Use the included elastic ponytail holder. Secure your ponytail in the position you desire. The hook is to be applied to the elastic ponytail holder to keep it in place
- Once the hook has been secured, wrap the Hair Glove® around your hair. Any excess hair can be tucked inside the flap. Line up the snap at the top and fasten all of the snaps
- If the Hair Glove ® is too long for your hair, the Hair Glove® can be cut to the length you desire (when it is not in your hair)
- When you remove your Hair Glove®, unsnap each snap one at a time.
- Be sure to replace the Hair Glove® on occasion
