Shipping Information

Free Shipping on all orders over $75 via Standard service to addresses in the US.
All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes or UPS pouches and show "Sunset Marketing" as the sender.

Shipping Methods

US Standard: Orders shipped in this manner will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. PO Boxes can only be shipped to using this shipping method.

US Express: Delivery to destinations in the Continental US. Orders shipped in this manner will arrive in 2 - 3 business days. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

US Overnight: Overnight delivery to destinations in the Continental US. Orders shipped overnight will arrive on the next business day before 3:00 PM. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.

Canada Express: Express delivery to destinations in Canada. Orders shipped in this manner should arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery dates can often be extended due to Customs inspections, and additional duties and/or taxes may be collected at the local Customs Department's discretion.

International Express: Express delivery to destinations other than the Continental US and Canada. Orders shipped in this manner should arrive in 3-5 business days. Delivery dates can often be extended due to Customs inspections, and additional duties and/or taxes may be collected at the local Customs Department's discretion.

Shipping Rates

The rates listed below are our BASE shipping rates. Actual shipping costs will vary based upon size, weight, value, and destination of the package. The rates listed below are the MINIMUM delivery rates that can apply to your order.

International (Non-US) Shipping Policies

To insure that our customers get their orders in a timely fashion, we ship all International orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates. The fact is that shipping merchandise across continents in a timely fashoin simply isn't an inexpensive undertaking.

Additional Fees
Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.

Shipment Refusal
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order,  we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Disclosure
We are required by law to disclose the full amount of any package's contents, and we cannot alter this value.

Disallowed Items
We cannot ship any product in an aerosol can, or any Tricomin brand products to International addresses.
